If i was not scared of prosecution i would NOT pay at all. these people are just milking us.

Windtrap, the monies have been going to Social Spending...houses, schools, child grants, etc.
For many years the Government have been told to use the monies from the fuel levy towards the costs of road maintenance but never listened.
